It's not often jobs become available in radio, so we're very excited to be offering 2 positions to work at Energy FM Australia.

Audio Technician (Traineeship - Full-time)

The Audio Visual Technician operates technical equipment to create audio programs - particularly for broadcast on Energy FM Australia (such as promos, commercials and feature length radio shows). They operate and maintain technical equipment used to record, amplify, edit, enhance, mix or reproduce audio for films, television programs, radio programs and CDs. The Audio Technician also works closely with record companies and licensing authorities to gain the rights to music for publication and then assists with the licensing requirements of New Sky Media. You'll be learning on the job whilst completing Certificate IV in Sound Production.

Radio Announcer (Part-time - leading to Full-time)

The Radio Announcer is responsible for producing, presenting, writing, and editing content for music-based and news-based entertainment programs. The Radio Announcer is responsible for entertaining listeners, conducting interviews, operating equipment, and represents the station at industry and community events.
